The Warranty period is for as long as you own the vehicle.
The warranty is, the defective part will be replaced. The customer must contact the Blen Dor Store before returning the defective part. A replacement part will not be sent until the part has been received from the customer. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the defective part. When the defective part is received, the cost of the USPS First Class Mail plus a Delivery Confirmation charge will be refunded toward the return shipping. The shipping of the new replacement part will be paid for by the Blen Dor Store. The Blen Dor Store is not responsible for any labor costs to remove or replace the defective part. When the defective part is received the new replacement piece will be send out. The shipping and handling time to replace the broken part will depend on the USPS delivery time, their average delivery time is approximately 3 - 5 days within the continental US.
You may return any item within 30 days for a full credit. The item must be returned with all the original materials, clean, unused, in ready for re-sale condition and in the original box.
You can obtain return information by sending an email to email@example.com . Please put in the email the order number, the part number and the reason for returning.
The cost of the returned Item will be refunded in full. Refunds cannot be issued for items that have been modified, parts missing or not returned in the original box.
The cost of the original shipping to the customer will not be refunded. The cost of the return shipping, shipping Insurance & handling will be paid for by the Buyer. If the Blen Dor Store has made an error in the shipment, the shipping and handling costs will also be refunded. All refunds are issued in the same form as paid.
